"Unique property, with bar and food menu options, that allow you to stay put and no need to venture out if not desired. They had a full bar with good drinks, and a variety of games to help pass the time. We played scrabble while relaxing with a few beers. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Hot shower was appreciated as well. Wish we had stayed here our entire trip but only chose one night due to its close proximity to the airport. Airport bus makes stops here every half hour."

"It’s a great hotel with amazing amenities such a pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The service was amazing by everyone except for the young, long-haired girl in a suit who seemed to be the front desk manager. She was rude and extremely unpleasant; with not one word of acknowledgment nor a simple smile directed at us when making a simple request. The younger front desk staff were amazing! "

"Easy check in, bar and restaurant on site, modern clean room and bathroom, affordable and a gas station with all the essentials at a 20 seconds walk away from the hotel.. for a fee, the airport bus "Hotel Hoppa" drops you in font of the hotel . Everything you need for a confortable short stay close to the airport."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very friendly hotel near Holland Park. We had what was described as a lovely room. It was of a good size, very light filled and, despite being at the front facing a busy road, very quiet. Our one gripe? No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Sure, there was a coffee/tea station fairly close to our room but that presented difficulties with our early morning cuppa. Either I had to venture out in a state of dress that only my wife should suffer or I had to get dressed. Breakfast was superb. Yes, we would stay again but we would bring a kettle."

"The hotel was exactly what's needed before a holiday. Close by the airport, travel information to get to the terminals. The room was near enough in perfect condition. Air conditioning took a while to cool down the room, so we did need to crack open the window. There was a small issue with the bathroom door, I've passed on the feedback to the hotel staff. Staff were very attentive, provided clear instructions, check in was smooth and the lobby area had a perfume aromatic scent to it, which is a really nice touch. The bed was comfortable and spacious! Shower pressure was good, the water heats up fast. Internet speed was steady and stable, able to enjoy browsing on the phone and tablet with no issue. Window shut keeps all the noise out of the airport but it was actually quite relaxing to the aeroplanes take off and land. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely use this hotel next time using Heathrow airport!"
