Friendly staff and convenient location near Westfield Mall and several tube lines. Room is very small with no place to unpack luggage. Washroom was clean but so tight that one cannot sit on a toilet with the door closed. There is literally no room between the toilet and the door. Walls are very thin, so I could hear every conversation of the couple next door at all hours.

It's a comfortable place for what you paid for. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, the location is strategically close to tube station, in a very lovely neighborhood.
