"Excellent all-inclusive. The quality of food and alcohol was the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive and I’ve been to many. The staff goes above and beyond, so friendly and warm. The property is immaculate and clean. The crowd is definitely an older crowd, quiet and relaxing vibes which I loved. Always enough chairs and umbrellas by the beach and the pool (at least in January-Feb when I was there. Would definitely come again!!"

"We had another great stay at the Krystal Grand. J0SEFINA is an exceptional staff member who was outstanding at her job. The resort is very clean and all staff are friendly. The restaurants are wonderful (especially the Italian) and the buffet always had lots of choices. We were a bit disappointed in the show this year as they were much better last year. Thanks, Josefina for making our stay wonderful!"

"It was really well run and managed. Clean very nice rooms. Well maintained. Food was excellent. The only negative is maid did not restock fridge water or coffee etc. They did not have it in their cart. I would go back. I loved every time we came back from excursion the lobby bell boy would say" welcome home". It always made us feel welcome. If you are all inclusive do not write any tip on the bill. We always tipped in cash but if you note this on receipt you will owe this at the end. No one explained this. Do not do the time share unless your interested. Its 2 or 2.5 hours pure pressure selling Resort was beautiful. Nice clean pools and premium drinks. All restaurants were very good food. All staff helpful and nice to deal with. Our safe battery was low and asked to fix they and they did it right away. Beautiful views and comfy beds. Very nice area with walking path across street to go to bucerias. Taxi's everywhere. I like the fact they have food safety designation. You wont be disappointed here. Kudos to management. "

"This was our second time at samba. We were here in 2009 for my brother's wedding. This trip was more focused on the kids. Although this property is older, it is still wonderful, and I can't say enough about the staff! Salvador, who was always there at breakfast was very friendly and full of fun ...Luis the bartender always had a smile on his face and made my drinks just the way I like them! The breakfast buffet was by far my favorite. Always lots to choose from and always very very good. I don't know why people complain about the food repeating at resorts, of course some of it's going to repeat but if it's good food who cares? I will go back here again as I enjoy the atmosphere and how friendly everybody is. "

"The staff were amazing! Friendly and very helpful. Always positive and eager to enhance our stay in any way possible. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were fast and efficient in cleaning our rooms. The pool staff and waiters were friendly, and worked very hard to meet every guest’s needs. We did not do the all inclusive so I cannot comment on the food. We ate in local restaurants and walked to Bucerias daily. Would definitely return to this hotel. "
