"I liked everything about this property. Staff was very friendly and ready to help all the time. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1 AM. Louana had made sure to take care of everything based on our request. She is one of best front desk personnel I came across till date. My fireplace wasn’t working after it was a hour ago after swimming and there was no maintenance on but she called maintenance and they came within 30 minutes to help and fixed it.
