"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel, restaurant, and beach area were well maintained, safe, and felt like a home away from home. While small in size compared to the other resorts, it won us over by the friendliness of the staff, convenience of activities, and dining experiences. Most enjoyable was their little beach/cove area that offered a relaxing soak in the warm waters and chance snorkel close to land. While at the beach Alex C. and his co-workers took great care of us! We added the all-inclusive option to our reservation and really enjoyed the benefits. Dining options included two sit down restaurants, pool snack bars, and room service."

"Dining was exceptional especially for an all-inclusive. Restaurants were 5 star experiences. I was surprised at how good they were! Especially the Italian restaurant with its 7 courses. The buffet had many options and the fresh fruit and natural drinks in the morning were my favorite. Quiet hotel, bar closes at 11 and music is off by 9:30ish. The staff was excellent, professional and worked with pride. The hostesses at the buffet, steakhouse and Italian spot (a red head, Alejandro & Mayra Vasquez) were always going above and beyond. They would always greet you with a smile, had a sense of urgency and enthusiasm while remembering your name and room number. Luis at check in was very helpful and helped me with an upgrade to an ocean view. Highly recommend paying extra for the ocean view. If you love the beach however, this hotel is not for you. The beach available is tiny and you could only put your feet in the water. As it is filled with large rocks and coral. The water is crystal clear. A 5 minute walk down to the Hyatt gives you a beautiful beach. You can walk through the beach to it. Beaches are public, so you will be amongst locals. Pool was dirty and closed at sunset. Nighttime entertainment 8-8:45pm was top-notch. Hyatt review: The Hyatt is huge, modern and beautiful vegetation, but the food options are limited and it’s very very quiet. It is used more for large gatherings in the ballroom. "
