"Very old, dirty and noisy hotel in a very poor islamic area. I've been in quiete some hotels as I'm 61 years young but this hotel IS A NO GO!!!! 6 GUESTS IN 1 ROOM DOING BUSINESS 24/7 Don't get any sleep, old worn out beds, rusty bathtubs, insects DO I NEED TO GO ON?"

"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you. The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom. No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. "It’s a great hotel with private beach, right next to the newly built Atlantic Royal hotel. But you still need to take a taxi to Atlantic hotel and water park. The food in every restaurant were great and the service was great. The gym was actually 24/7 although on the introduction it claimed to be closed at 9pm. The room services were very slow. I would like to complain the Monorail station. We bought a tickets for the whole family from Atlantic to the shopping mall. But there were a resume alarm which lasted around 20 mins. We don’t have enough time to visit the mail then. But the cashier at the monorail station refused to refund the tickets."
