"The property is very clean but the rooms are dated. Restaurant staff is friendly but they nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. Front desk staff was not a good experience, they are who you interact with the moment you walk into the property and start your vacation so that wasn't great. I do not recommend using the tour desk on property, he overcharges a lot! I ended up booking my desert safari through Emirates airline instead and paid a little less than half of what he was going to...
