The jackhammer during the day was not desirable, but it’s understandable that they were trying to get it done in the off season. The dining options were pricey. "The hotel is beautiful; a large property with plenty of family activities.The location, directly on the ocean with the rainforest in the distance, was stunning! However, it is a $75 Uber ride from Old San Juan. It was difficult to get a decent meal, as the resort was crowded and without a prior reservation, you cannot get into the 2 nice restaurants. We ate a lot of bar food and room service, so I recommend making reservations before you go. "
