"Great safe location and walking distance to night life. Super comfortable for 2 or 3 people. The only issue that I had was that none of the keys worked to open the gate so that I could park my rental car inside versus leaving it outside on the street and that there was absolutely no cold water. It was all hot and in Puerto Rico you cannot shower with hot water. You need cold water to cool you down. Aside from that everything was great. "

"The only Pro is a great location. Everything else is negative. The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. "Over all it was an ok stay for what it was . There was no hot water and when I tried to reach someone there was no answer . The sheets were a little dirty when we arrived . When I decided to take a shower to cool off i was touching the shower head and the power came on for a second and somehow i got electrocuted then the power went out again. I didn't suffered permanent damage but the shock hurt a lot and thank god it was just a shock and not something that could have killed me. I wrote to the management and didnt get a reply... "
