"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. "Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk. "

"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "
