The kids especially loved riding their motor car and bike outside the room walkway—it was such a thoughtful touch for families. The staff’s excellent customer service truly stood out; they were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. However, the cost of the stay was on the higher side, which made it feel less value-for-money. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown, as it looked old and not well-maintained. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable, thanks to the family-friendly activities and exceptional service."

"Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk. "

The hotel staff went above and beyond by offering to drive us to the train station, ensuring we stayed completely dry—like cotton candy!
