Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk. "

"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "
