"We got to the property early and asked for early check-in. Sabrina was fantastic! She did accommodate us and above and beyond our expectations! We managed to get in a hike of over 3 hours despite the rainy weather with rest before and sauna afterwards! What a great way to start our trip across Austria and Northern Italy! "Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Property is in a great location to everything in old town. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. A really wide variety of options to eat. "This hotel has been perfect for our stay at Carpigiani Gelato U. Reasonable prices, clean, friendly & helpful staff, breakfast with a lot of variety including fresh fruit & vegetables. There is air conditioning but it is not very cool even on the high setting. We are from the US and I usually find the air conditioning in public spaces to be too cold. I think for me I prefer something in the middle of here and there!"
