" Hotel Kraft sits on the SW edge of Firenze north of the Arno in a very quaint neighborhood. The staff are verybwelcoming and polite and have helped several times making arrangements on our behalf. The rooms are spacious by European standards but the walls can be a little thin, so ask the staff to keep boisterous guests quiet. "We had exceptional service at this stay! The building is jaw dropping and the staff will go above and beyond for you. Our room was so beautiful, I was very sad to go. Consider getting the imperial suite if you book. We loved the spa services and hung out every night by the pool to enjoy the amazing cocktails!
