"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"We stayed for 2n. The hotel is under renovation( not aware fr booking). No lobby they have mini reception tucked in the corner. I booked a standard 2 queen bed room. The room has tv, microwave, refrigerator & mini kuerig(that we don't use it, not sure if it's been cleaned). The bed was firm & comfy beddings were cleaned. Bathroom not enough space to put your toiletries not even a towel rack. The shower has no pressure because it doesn't close from faucet to shower. No hot breakfast but "only...
