Though there was a small hiccup with the airport pickup, the team quickly made it up to us, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was flawless, and every interaction felt warm and attentive. The rooms were beautifully designed with luxurious touches and breathtaking city views. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the little details made it feel extra special. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, with a breakfast buffet offering both local and international options, and the staff in the dining area made each meal feel like a memorable occasion. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the spa and pristine pool, which provided the perfect spots to relax. The location was also ideal for exploring Chengdu. Despite the initial hiccup, the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu’s incredible service more than made up for it, and I left feeling truly taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!"

"This was my second time staying at the hotel, so I knew I was happy with the area and local amenities. On arrival I was very kindly given an upgrade to a suite, it was an older style but a huge space and very comfortable. The view over the street was great to watch. Staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a great selection."
