"We opted for the soleil suite with the jacuzzi. It was amazing. Definitely recommend. Also while when we got there, the temperature was probably 101 in the Jacuzzi. We wanted it a little bit cooler since it was 106 outside and we called the front desk within minutes. They adjusted the temperature for us from the outside of the of the room later in the evening we wanted it warmer again and they adjusted it again for us staff is excellent very responsive. Definitely recommend this place."

"The hotel was nice and check-in was a breeze. The only issue was the room was outdated and needed some renovation. The bathroom tile was uneven and lifting a bit so a renovation is definitely needed. The furniture was worn out and needed to be replaced. Overall for the price it was decent I just needed a quick birthday getaway. "

"I have stayed here twice; once for a work conference and once with my family. My family and I were able to quickly book a last minute room here after checking out of another hotel nearby that was just awful. The rooms are clean and the property is well-landscaped, giving a peaceful feeling as you walk around. The location is ideal to easily walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We spent a lot of time at the pool with our child and it was family friendly and not too busy. On my first stay, I also booked a massage at the spa before I left, which was great. Palm Mountain may be my go-to for any future trips, as I love visiting Palm Springs. "
