"This hotel was the hidden gem of our trip. I was tempted to give it a bad rating so it would remain hidden just for us! We had a view of the beautifully landscaped pool, the Atlantic Ocean, El Yunque rainforest, and the mountains all from our balcony. There are several restaurants on property and a number nearby offsite. Beautiful birds were displayed in several places. The hotel was decorated for Christmas. Beautiful tree, magnificent miniature Christmas village, and an amazing Nativity...

"I loved that to enter the grounds you had to pass through security. The room was nice and spacious although the bathroom could use an upgrade. The tub was dingy and the floor tiles could use fresh grout. The grout was black. Service was slow at the outdoor restaurant. "
