"Being a former convent converted to a hotel gave it a unique vibe. Loved the daily wine and cheese happy hour, pool/hot tub, and the AC and wifi worked well. Everything was tidy and clean, excellent Old Town location you could walk everywhere. Staff was responsive. "

"We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response. "The remote location was beautifully peaceful, despite the raucous noise from the cicadas and coqui at night!! The menu was all vegetarian / vegan so plenty of choice for a vegetarian couple, for a change!! We liked it so much we stayed for an extra night. A highly recommended place to stay. "

"General manager Marcel K. was very helpful! He went the extra mile on everything--ave me information on buying, scheduled helicopter ride to the airport for me. Trent L. helped me out several times, including when I needed directions--easy place to get lost."
