"Great area for shopping. Had issues with water temperature in the first day-water never got hot-but that was just the first day. The tv reception is absolutely horrible-- couldn't watch anything at all-- many channels did not work and other were so pixelated that couldn't see picture..not great if you want to settle down for evening with tv.. breakfast was the usual breakfast like most hotels..for the price it was good and the area was great."

"The hotel is incredibly convenient if you’re going to Hershey Park. Parking is convenient. The hotel is definitely dated and slightly run down, but it was very clean. The staff was absolutely incredible…friendly, helpful, and thorough. The breakfast was better than most. My only complaints (which lost a star) are that the back door (toward parking garage) was never locked even though there was a key swipe there (like the front door) made it feel a bit unsafe, and the pool was located right off...
