"The person at the desk was very quick, kind and professional. The room is good! It has some wear and tear on the wood work and while the bathroom appeared clean my husband wiped the toilet with a wipe and the wipe was dirty. Other than those things it was pretty clean. The elevator needs updating but honestly over all we'd stay here again!!! "

"Our stay at the Drury Inn downtown Cleveland was perfect. This hotel is about equidistant between The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Rocket Mortgage Arena. Just a 15 minute walk to each. Staff working the free breakfast and free dinner/cocktail service are exceptionally attentive and friendly. Elevators are efficient and our room was large! We will be back!"

"My sister and I stayed here for a concert at Nationwide. We have been to a ton of concerts and always wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance to the arena. This was the perfect spot! We parked ourselves in the garage that is connected and then took the elevator into the lobby. It was so quick and easy. Check-in was fast and the people working at reception were pleasant, friendly, and kind. The rooms were clean and updated and I would stay here again."
