"Every employee I spoken too was professional and polite. They handle complaints and took them seriously. We had an issue with people with rooms playing loud music and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The manager was on it and when I went down to the front desk she was calling police. The compliment breakfast was great and parking was nice. "

"This hotel is not a good place to stay. The staff was polite, and the three gentlemen that manned the door were very helpful. But the condition is run down and it looked it. It is NOT handicap accessible. The showers were dirty (we had 2 rooms), the mattresses were wrapped in plastic (bedbugs? I hope not) and the plumbing leaked. The water did not get hot in the sink. I ran into other "guests" and found out they had been there 8 months and paid $800/mo. Is this a halfway house? It looked like...

"Had a double bed suite, and it was perfect. Had separate rooms for toilet and shower and was great when everyone had to get ready to go out. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Within walking distance to restaurants, a mall and the Ohio Stadium. Will definitely return. "
