"The property is impressive from the outside, cosy and comfortable on the inside. The staff are warm and friendly and welcoming. the facilities are good, lovely swimming pool nice bar and restaurant. The reason I have not given 5 star is 1. Temperature a little cool in the bar. 2. Toiletries in the rooms lacking considering the quality of hotel. 3. The bed was not re made although towels and water and tea coffee etc were replaced. So maybe they got distracted and forgot the bed. Not that I can't...

"Only booked at short notice as I decided to extend my trip and my previous hotel was very expensive for the extra night. I'm glad I did. Lovely little place, plenty of little touches that the big chains forget such as biscuits and hot chocolate being readily available.
