"We miss the ping pong table! The whole feeling of the 4th floor lounge has been changed. We stay at the center to visit friends and this was a great space for the teenagers to relax together and play some games. Staff is great, hotel is great, new lounge is a drag, especially when their is no pool."

"The front desk was under construction and loud jackhammering while trying to communicate with the front desk staff. The gym was large with a significant number of equipment options. Nice to have water available in the lobby and dispensers next to the ice machines in the hallways. "

MUST STAY!

"The stay was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the doors. The first night we stayed in a standard rooms which was more than we could ask for. The additional nights we stayed in the room with the corner river view. Waking up each morning with a wall and a half window scenery was EVERYTHING!. Breakfast is a charge each morning BUT they give you such a variety for the cost. As soon as you enter the Harbor the hotel is one of the first things you see. It's in the heart of all the restaurants, stores and Ferris Wheel. The National Harbor did not disappointment one bit and neither did the Hyatt!"
