Honestly, we just stayed one night and were up early the next morning so we have limited experience. The staff was friendly and polite and our needs were met (we asked for a microwave in our room so they brought us one) and I needed salt. I will say though that the room was cold and the heater did not work well. Even at 75 degrees, it blew cool air from the vent. We chose to sleep with the system off but again, given that it’s 28 degrees outside, it was colder than we would have liked. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

This was a beautiful hotel, in a great location, at a great price. The only negative is the worst garage that I have ever been in. Incredibly tight turns and somewhat confusing signage. As they told me at the hotel, they don't own or run it so it is what it is!
