"The refrigerator did not cool enough to keep food in even after the 6 to 8 hours that they asked you to wait for it to cool knowing you were coming and would arrive at 4. When taking a shower the next morning the shower head fell apart in my hands and you could tell it was already broken and never replaced. Called and only got the answering machine. "

"The cabin was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed and wanted. The games and pool table were a hit with the kids along with the hot tub. We had one minor issue with the hot water when we arrived but it was fixes as soon as we called. Maintenance showed up and found the issue with the breaker and fixed it right away. If we could change anything it would be that the cabin had central air. But honestly it wasn’t that bad and we would definitely like to plan another stay! "

"Overall enjoyed the stay. Would recommend a king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a new bed in the main level master, and a bed be put in the basement bedroom instead of a futon. The water pressure for flushing toilets was not good and there was a sewage smell coming out of the hot tub drain. Parking was a little precarious and dangerous backing up and turning around on a hillside, also getting into the driveway was difficult even will 4wD we were spinning tires."
