"If I could give more stars I would ! Everything was nothing but perfect . Amazing hotel for family with kids So many options of fun for kids from indoor water park that is better then Disney’s and I have been to them all ! The hotel stuff from the house keeping team all the way to the hotel manager were friendly and intuitive to make our stay perfect. This is our second time here and we can’t recommend it enough . "

"Overall the hotel was very good. Room in good size and the services was really 5 stars. I was disappointed first as there was something wrong with the hot water supply and I had to take the cold water shower. Once I had reported the problem to the reception and they gave me another room to exchange straightaway. "

"Very convenient location with many restaurants at the door. Can walk all the way to Parisian and Venetian without going outside, which is a bonus in such hot summer weather. Room is clean and spacious, and staffs are all attentive and polite. Special thanks to the butlers who prepared our room for birthday celebration with balloons and a nice cake. Overall very good experience in my stay. "

"Very nice hotel"

"We love the staff of this hotel. When we checked in, we told the front desk staff, Kevin Yang, that we have three people. He suggests a room with a sofa bed to us. However, Kevin noticed that there is a strong cigarette smelt in the room. It seems that previous hotel guest may have smoke in the room despite it is a non-smoking room. He immediately assign us to another one. The room is great. The staffs are helpful and very friendly. Even though I stayed in the hotel for only one night, the front desk staff like, Kevin, recognized me and remembered what I have asked him the previous night. The only suggestion I have for this hotel is that I think they should consider provide shuttle service to the HK-Zhuhai-Macau bridge port. It is very closed to the hotel. The hotel already have shuttle to the ferry station but it would be great if the shuttle also goto the HKZM port. "
