After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. The best hotel I have experienced. The hotel is beautiful with the grand lobby with double staircases. Very elegant and perfect for weddings especially. The staff are amazingly knowledgeable friendly and kind and caring. The amenities are also top notch with spa included with sauna wet and dry ones. Snacks of almond cookies apricots and hot jasmine or seasonal tea is offered for us to enjoy the experience. I can’t express how satisfied we were at this beautiful resort.
