"The hotel is OK--rooms are clean and beds/bedding are nice quality. Room overall is decent size, however the lighting is dark, room was warm and I could not seem to regulate temperature myself. There are no "extras"--no shampoos or creams, no robes, no water bottles, no mini bar....not even a glass in the bathroom. The shower is tiny and barely large enough for one person. No closets or luggage rack and no channels on the TV that were in English-not even CNN or BBC. The WIFI is good but you...

"Very interesting and quaint little hotel. The room was large enough and the decor was nice. It had an original 1930’s elevator which was TINY but really neat and nostalgic. Be aware the front desk is just a small room inside the front door and it is not manned after hours, but when you check in, they give you a key and instructions on how to get in and how to use the elevator. The location was great for proximity to the Duomo and the Metro. Would stay here again. "

"The room smelled a lot of cigarettes, exhaust system (air extractor) was not working, heater was not working or it was turned off at night, we never saw the breakfast or "Italian breakfast" offered."
