"By far the best city and the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The Generals Suite was amazing and very spacious! It was perfect for our Romantic getaway! Phillip has a private bar inside the hotel and he made us feel so welcomed. He helped us pick restaurants and helped us find the best places right there in the French Quarter! We definitely will be back!! "

"This hotel had so much charm. It is located close to Jackson Square and a hub of restaurants and attractions. But the best part was Elysiah at the front desk. She is a true professional. She had champagne sent to our room for my husband’s birthday. This establishment is a class act. Thank you Elysiah You made our visit even more Special. "

"This hotel is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond, the location is perfect, the history is rich, and the decor is sublime. I can’t believe anyone would want to stay in a cookie-cutter hotel in this city, and this place is not that. Definitely coming back next year!"

"Great location, nice staffs, room is clean and spacious, there is Netflix and Amazon prime on tv which I like, the only thing I didn’t like is they charged $30 destination fee daily, which I don’t use"

"Wonderful location if you want an easy walk to the French Quarter. The history of the hotel is also super cool. The rooms were clean and up to date though there was a vague almost mildew smell, but it is the south and very humid. I didn't have any reaction to it. They also didn't honor the door hang tag to order breakfast (it was never collected) and that threw one of our days off. "
