They helped us book transfers from Rome and to Florence as well as a great wine tour referral. The property is incredible. The website and pictures do not do it justice. The ability to walk within 5 mins to a the most quaint Tuscan village with multiple restaurants to choose from was and added bonus. Views are the picture perfect Tuscan vacation! "Big room with huge bed. We had to cut out visit short, and they really helped even though they spoke little English and we had little Italian - Google translate came to the rescue and caused a few laughs. Thanks"

"We arrived at 4pm after a three hour car journey, it took them some time to find our booking, we were then told the room was not ready (despite check in said to be available from 12.30). After a further wait, with no offer of refreshment or apology, we were shown to a room which had no fridge and whose key had "been taken by the previous occupants". We complained firmly, and the key was produced within 5 minutes along with a fridge. Overall, there were difficulties communicating with the staff...
