"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are fantastic and so is the pool. The food and service is first class: special mention for Kasuga, Velecia, Aditi and Meenashi. The area around the hotel is great for gifts and restaurants. We had an issue for a couple of days with the noise levels from a large wedding being hosted at the hotel which impacted on the public spaces. However, the hotel responded quickly and well when we raised our concerns. "

"We are frequent travelers to the Taj and the proximity to the airport is excellent. Good points are the service and staff is excellent. The room is clean and comfortable. Only on this stay the room we had been given originally had some electrical issues with AC too cold, water hot and cold alternately, phone not working ok. The staff moved us immediately to a new room which was excellent. The manager was excellent and responsive. "
