"Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. Overall very happy and excellent value for money "

"I booked this property for 4nights but since our flight got canceled I messaged the wotif for any changes for 3nights stay but the owner collected us for 4nights. The CHECK-IN was a disaster they don’t have a sign of their accommodation we keep on going back and forth until a guy coming out and I asked him for the property and he checked my reservation, I asked him if he’s the receptionist he said NO he just helping the owner, when he comes back he said that we don’t have reservation he...

"Room could have been cleaner. Stains on the carpet in few areas around the room. Shower stall was quite dirty and smelly. Otherwise was good. Hotel is in a great area with many food and drink options. Convenience stores, restaurants, bars, malls are all around the corner. TST MTR is about 10 min walk away. The hill is as steep as others say it is -- it will tire most people. "
