"I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. "When we arrived they didn't have the room we had booked. They "upgraded" us to a different type of suite, but it didn't have the king size bed that we really wanted, instead it had two queens. It was disappointing. The maintenance work in the room looked like it was done by someone who doesn't know what they are doing.
