"I rented a suite. The suite was not available, so instead I was given a seperate room for a minor child. I was not very comfortable with that. I brought food to cook in the kitchenette for us all, but no kitchenette, so that food went to waste, and instead I had to buy dinner for 4. I also had to rent an additional room for my driver. "We were left outside for hours with no one to let us in. We had to search around for a new place to book. Also, the rooms and bedsheets were nasty and filthy. Unfortunately I didn’t get full refund. "
