"I think they should look into mosquitos being in the room and where the AC is situated is not getting to the bed area. The mosquitoes where soooo much in the room they gave me D4. "Customer service was great! A few issues. Restaurant did not have certain items on the menu, not to mention no wine. Also we bought wine on outside and asked them to open and the young lady used a pair of scissours for cork removal.
