The hotel’s location is very convenient. It is close to the Shinsaibashi subway station, and there are many places to eat and shop nearby. The room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bathtub is spacious. I would love to stay here again.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! The housekeeping ladies were thorough with cleaning and checking if we needed anything. The front desk staff helped with shipping our luggage to the next hotel and were friendly. The hotel was close to the station and shops. We enjoyed our stay.

We were in Osaka for one night and this hotel was perfectly situated for what we wanted to do. It was a few blocks from Dotonbori Street for food and vibes, and America-mura neighborhood for our thrift shopping experience. The staff were very nice and courteous. The room was clean and cozy. We watched Japanese tv to unwind. The downstairs lounge had complimentary coffee, tea, and flavored water, plus bread rolls at certain times of day. They stored our luggage while we kept exploring. It was a great home base.
