"Had a wonderful, relaxing time. As a first time visitor, everything you needed just ask as the hotel staff were very helpful and resourceful. Safe, and security or staff were always nearby, even at night. "

"Overall had a lovely stay at Embassy Gardens. The property is well kept and our host Medrick was phenomenal! He was responsive, attentive, and friendly and respectful. We booked for ~3 weeks and did have a few hiccups but they were resolved quickly for the most part. Host, Restaurant, Cleaning, and Maintenance staff were wonderful however, security wasn't very helpful or friendly. Elm restaurant was good consistently though can take some time before ready. A few areas of improvement and considerations: 1) Check-in could have been smoother. We ended up having to pay for early check-in/additional day which i wasn't aware of ahead of time and the data tickets they give to pull up your reservation runs out very quickly 2) It was difficult to get groceries up to your unit because there isn't a cart you could borrow 3) Cleaners come daily and sometimes more than once a day, different cleaners which doesn't seem efficient and can be a bit annoying 4) All inquiries and requests will be to and through your host, front desk isn't as helpful 5) Would be great to have a manual of sorts for how to operate the unit (turning on and off switches to use stove and hot water, operating the tv, etc.) 6) I messaged in advance inquiring about the shuttle to and from the airport but unfortunately didn't get a response before I arrived. My host did help us schedule a shuttle for a fee for departure but driver arrived late and it was a bit nerve wrecking 7) Pool umbrellas Would stay again!"

"My stay here was wonderful. Bharati was an amazing help. Best breakfast at a hotel I've had. The hotel was very clean also! Did not see a single hair on the bed. All the staff was very kind in the restaurant. The private beach area was very nice. "

"The property is in a great location and absolutely one of the best in town. Security is on point and access to rooms are limited to residents or vacationers with access card. Highly recommended to stay here for the peace of mind "

"The Movenpick is a lovely hotel. The pool area is fantastic to chill. The restaurant staff were nice enough but the transport staff at front of the hotel were exceptional especially Moses. Definitely stay again "
