"Excellent hotel near the parks. Shuttle bus is very easy to take to and from CityWalk. They even have a garden walk that is about 1 mile away if you are up for walking from the parks. The hotel itself is very kid friendly and has 2 heated pools and a lazy river. Plus extremely close to Volcano Bay Water Park. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff was absolutely cheerful and showed pride in their work. The property’s location could not be better for its easy access to all the best that Orlando has to offer. Self parking was simple with large spaces and safe gated/lighted parking. On property meal offerings were well balanced and with their inclusion in room rate made for a very affordable option. Shuttle routes to parks and Disney Springs simplified the entire experience BZ!"

"Staff extremely courteous clean hotel bars had great drinks and finger foods. However the hotel is next to a highway it’s very loud and roosters are up at 5am waking everyone up."
