"Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cet hôtel! Le point fort incontestable est le récif corallien juste devant l’hôtel, un véritable paradis pour les amateurs de plongée et de snorkeling. Chaque plongée était un spectacle époustouflant de vie marine, unique en son genre. Nous étions les seuls Canadiens, mais nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme des rois! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme exemplaires. Chaque membre de l’équipe veille à ce que votre séjour soit parfait, avec une attention aux détails incroyable. La propreté est irréprochable dans tout l’hôtel, des chambres aux espaces communs. La piscine, chauffée à une température parfaite, est un lieu idéal pour se détendre après une journée d’exploration. Côté gastronomie, c’était tout simplement un festin! Chaque repas était un délice avec des plats variés et savoureux, mettant en valeur la richesse culinaire locale et internationale. Le spa de l’hôtel est également à couper le souffle. Tout y est conçu pour vous offrir une expérience de luxe : massages, soins, hammam… tout ce que vous pouvez rêver pour vous détendre et vous ressourcer. En résumé, cet hôtel offre une expérience cinq étoiles digne des plus grandes destinations. Entre le récif corallien magnifique, la qualité exceptionnelle des services, et une ambiance festive et chaleureuse, nous sommes repartis avec des souvenirs inoubliables. Nous y retournerons!"

"This property has everything a traveler could want. The service is impeccablethere are 11 excellent dining options on site. It is extremely safe and security is of utmost confidence, very important in a city like Cairo. Location is on the Nile and our room indeed had a lovely view of this mighty river. The casino was small, intimate and opulent. Rooms well appointed with large terraces. Staff constantly checking that food, room and service was up to standard. 24 hour bank onsite. There is not one thing the guest is wanting that is not available. Highly recommended."

"This place is absolutely stunning..i originally booked for two nights intending to move elsewhere but everything about the resort is unbelievable so I have booked 3 more nights and may stay even longer and for go my plans to visit Luxor..the whole place is exceptionally clean and tidy ..the staff are amazing and the food is tasty beyond belief..There is the usual buffet offering which is amazingly varied and of exceptional quality and there is the option to reserve a dinner spot at one of 5 different themed restaurants..offering 3 to 5 course meals of very high standard.The rooms are impeccably clean spacious and comfortable and you get free wifi with no connection issues ,anywhere on the premises..all the staff are lovely and obviously enjoy working here."
