"This was our first all-inclusive stay in ten years. Overall, we enjoyed it. The resort was beautiful and so peaceful-like you were in a tropical jungle, and our room was huge and so awesome (swim-up suite). The biggest issue was that the resort had changed since we booked, so we couldn't go over to the other resort/access the kids club until I bothered the front desk several times. We finally got a special bracelet. The other resort was bigger and had an amazing waterpark that our kids loved."

"My family had a great time. Kids really enoyed the kids club which was included and the water park, also the beach was beautiful. The food was good too, we enjoyed the italian restaurant on the resort the most, they sang happy birthday and brought a piece of cake complimentary for my husband. Friendly staff and so clean. Everyone is always maintaining and cleaning the property inside and outside. Room service was available 24 hours so that helped as we landed late the 1st night. Great experience...

"Loved my stay here. Went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday as a surprised and placed some request for when I got there and they gave us a cake, and a bottle of wine. The restaurants were TOP TIER. The food was great, and the seasoning was on point. Even the buffet was great as well. As for the staff, they were ALL VERY VERY friendly and pleasant.
