"Beautiful location. Unique boutique hotel next to the lake. The room (Cocoon Junior Suite) had spacious balcony with outdoor tub and peaceful view across the lake to distant mountains. Some problems with the prototype design of certain features such a bathroom taps but there was a form to fill in if anything needed fixing. It did! And they were promptly fixed. "When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality...
