"Nice small family hotel. Our room had an amazing view of the sea and was great for relaxing. On the other hand parking was challenging and the Wi-Fi was non existent. If you list that there is internet in each room I expect it to work. There was no signal except in one corner area and it kept cutting in and out. This would have not been an issue if my trip was for vacation. I was trying to work and it was impossible to do so."

"We had a great stay in Lucky Bansko! The staff was polite and always smiling, rooms were cleaned daily and complementary water bottles restocked and little treats left in the evening to enjoy before bed. The facilities are really good, the spa is maintained well, parking is big so there was never any issue with finding a space, a ski storage is also available with heated ski boot drying system.
