"The ensuite room was clean and cosy with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, made fresh each day. When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. "

The Expedia listing is confusing because it clearly states: "Extra conveniences in all rooms include: Rainfall showers and hair dryers". "Small room and quite dark. The bed was OK. The shower was not at all isolated from the bathroom. I had to carry the luggage upstairs. The receptionist was friendly and forthcoming with information. Exceptional location: just 1/2 km upstream from the Trigrad cave. There is a small but interesting educational medicinal plant just opposite the hotel; outstanding for children"

"From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly. The gentleman really didn't care and did nothing about it, wouldn't even change our room, just said "it's the same in every room" . Every night until 1am the children of the family who run...

He was only present for payment for the room... The rest of our stay he was partying with his friends until the early hours of the morning.
