Family friendly Hotels in Bulgaria

"The rooms were big and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The restrooms were big and the shower was nice. The room was cleaned nicely every day. There were a few things wrong with the room and one person in particular was very concerned and made sure to have the items fixed. It took a little patience. The building is a little old but the price is amazing and the area is very central. "

Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)"

"In the heart of the city center. No need to use a car or other transportation. Underground parking very convenient but I would like it to be free for the guests. Some things could be in better shape like the bath tube that had something broken and when you shower water leaks on the floor. Also a smart tv would be convenient in the suite to watch from bed. Lastly, the breakfast is ok. The area is small and I guess nothing can be done about it but maybe some fried eggs or omelette is a good...

"The hotel has a range of different people staying from mainly UK, Germany and others. Whilst some people liked having a lot of drinks, it is also family friendly. There is a really nice concierge/receptionist who helped give me information about the local area. I liked my room and the food options and I got a bargain price for my short stay. I would recommend "
