"We visited in March, before the summer season. The weather was cool but comfortable and Bermuda was lovely. The staff at the resort had plenty of time to spend with us. We found everyone very attentive, as well as helpful. We hope to return next year."

"Beautiful setting on beach with lots of amazing views and outdoor lounge areas. We had a great room with balcony and two comfy chairs overlooking the ocean which we really enjoyed. Loved the Surf restaurant for dinner, lunch and breakfast. We had a minor issue with the room that was rectified to our satisfaction. Front desk staff friendly and helpful - sometimes we had to follow up. Bed/sheets/pillows could have been better for me but partner had no complaints!"

"This is a beautiful property with a remarkably kind and helpful staff. The hotel is right on the harbor with a wonderful view of Hamilton and the ship traffic. It is also located adjacent to one of the ferry landings, which makes transportation simple. Twice, the hotel staff offered to drive us to where we were headed just to make it more simple for us. They also offered us free ferry tickets, so we only had to buy one ticket the entire time we were there. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice of hotel."
