"The amazing views and the exceptional staff is what makes this property so special. They went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible - so warm and welcoming! I would like to especially recognize Queena, Clayton, Shi and Pamela. Also Russell and Lynn for accommodating my dietary restrictions. The only person I think may benefit from some coaching is McCal in the Cedar Room restaurant. He was not very friendly and actually snapped at me during one of my interactions with him....

"The suite could hardly have been more comfortable. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly, even offering us rides to nearby places, such as the grocery store. The balcony and view of the Sound were amazing. The property is situated directly next door to a ferry stop for Hamilton and even provided free ferry tickets. Only downside for me was the hotel is not close to restaurants or attractions. But between the ferry and taxis, it was not hard to get places."

Unfortunately we were there while pool renovations were being done and the jackhammer all day long was a bit much , however we were offered a small refund . They have an awesome water ferry on the property but on a winter limited schedule . We made the best of the transportation and would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone who asked ! "
