He even brought a fresh coconut cut open ready to drink for each person in our family! Always kind and positive! Communication with the resort was quick and easy through What's app. This was our 3rd visit at Jaguar Reef and I'm sure we will choose them again!"

"We stayed here for 4 days in September. It's a beautiful property with great amenities and very friendly and attentive staff! It's in a quieter part of the island (a short walk from the Alaia), and the beachfront near the hotel is not the nicest, but it didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay. We loved the property!
