"Excellent location right by bus and metro service linking you to the entire country, North train station is only a 5 min walk away. Lots of sirens during the night, a hospital is nearby across the street, we walked outside day and night time never felt uncomfortable, late at night 11 midnight'ish KFC and McDonalds closes, there are several all night fries and convenience (including beer & wine) locations nearby. "No towels… must rent them. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. Bed is not made must make it yourself. Dead bugs on floor. Hallway area was run down and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We paid extra for an ocean view room and did have a great view and overall felt relatively safe. "
