"Our arrival at the hostel was delayed but we called and were happy that they waited for us to check in. That done, we went to the room and one of the rooms had a horrible smell of sewage. We went back to the reception to complain and the guy said it was because the room was closed for a long and make the water run the smell disappear, which did not happen. "The room was nice...cozy...shower ok bathroom is outside but next door. The kitchen didn't have any cooking oil so I asked the lady at the reception if she could provide me something. She said no...I had to insist a lot so that she called her boss who told her to buy a bottle of oil at the shop in front of the hostel. She could have been more attentive and proactive. But the lady at the reception next day was really friendly."
